Lavender-Lavanda

I like this color so much. It is a lavender pastel color but the cover is kinda matte so I used a top color because I don't like the matte finish too much.

NY Fashion Week - Ruffian Tuxedo

I love this ruffian tuxedo that was in the NY fashion week. So I decided to research how to do it to copy and I found in bellasugar site the recipe: It is a misture of asphalt gray with ice blue and violet shimmer. Then I tried to reproduce it and here is the result:

Minhas unhas nao estao pontudas como da modelo, mas tambem nao quero deixar porque nao gosto. Eu usei o prateado metalico da colorama como base, e como nao tinha nenhum azul cintilante transparente, usei somente um roxinho claro cintilante transparente da Nicole. Fiz a decoracao com caneta gel preta e passei extra brilho por cima.
My nails aren't pointy as the model and I don't wanna let that way coz I don't like it. I used a metalic gray as base and as I didn't have any transparent blue I just used this light violet by Nicole. I made the design with a nail art pen and finished with a top coat.

Gostaram? =)  Like it? =)

My Valentine's Color =)

I spent this week thinking on a color to use this weekend and I wasn't really feeling inspired, maybe because I have been so tired due to so many things going on in my life at moment, or just because I am totally bored with the polish colors I have, and I have many bottles, many colors, many brands. :) Another reason could be the fact I am over excited to get the new polishes I purchased some days ago and I know it is gonna take couple of weeks to arrive :/ I want the crackle glaze, the zoyas and  OPIs I bought and I want them now!!! lol Anyways, I needed to choose a color for this weekend because it is a special one, not just coz it is valentine's day on the 14th, but because I am celebrating something special with my valentine too =)
So I decided to mix a brazilian polish with Sally Hansen and here is what I got:
Lime Lights - Sally Hansen plus 205 Cremoso-Hits
Lime lights solo is too sheer, but mixed with 205 by Hits turned out to be a very cute shade!! :)

I hope you like, I love it!!! Very unusual for valentine's but that is what I love about it!!!!!!!!

Removendo esmaltes escuros - Removing dark polishes

Here is my tip on how to remove dark polishes. First, I use dry top coat. The Brazilian kinds are made of oil, so if you don't have that you can use vaseline or even olive oil. I apply it around my nail, then I dip the nail into the nail polish remover. And that's it! No mess around my fingers. Using the Brazilian dry top coat I don't have to wash it off after because it dries fast. But if you choose to use vaseline or olive oil wash your hands after. ;)
